General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the baji solt platform and all services connected to it. By accessing the site, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
baji solt is an online gaming and betting platform that offers sports betting, casino games, slots, and other entertainment activities for Bangladeshi users. These Terms form the foundation for operating the platform and apply equally to all registered members.
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. If a translation in any other language is available, the Bengali version shall be considered final and binding.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" refers to both the baji solt website and mobile application.
- "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
- "Account" refers to the user's personal registered profile.
- "Wallet" refers to the internal fund balance linked to the account.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to additional money granted under promotional offers, which carry specific wagering conditions.
Account Registration and Eligibility
To create an account on baji solt, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age, such as a national identity card or equivalent document, may be requested at any time.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- Each individual may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, both may be cancelled.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- An account opened with false or misleading information may be closed at any time and all funds in that account may be forfeited.
- Accounts in the name of corporate entities, robots, or automated systems are not permitted.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
In the interest of security and fraud prevention, baji solt may conduct an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC verification is completed. A national identity card, passport, or driving licence may be required for verification.
2.3 Account Ownership
Each account is for the personal use of the registered member only. Transferring, selling, or allowing a third party to use an account is strictly prohibited.
Account Security
Members are required to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect that your account information has been compromised, change your password immediately and notify the support team.
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and should contain a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.
- It is advised not to use the same password across multiple platforms.
- OTP verification may be used for authorised logins.
- In the event of suspicious transactions or unauthorised access, baji solt reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account.
baji solt is not liable for any loss arising from account misuse or third-party access, unless it is proven that the fault lies entirely with the platform.
Deposits and Withdrawals
baji solt accepts deposits and withdrawals via popular mobile banking services and bank transfers in Bangladesh. Currently supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
4.1 Deposit Guidelines
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (the same for all methods).
- Deposits must be made only from a mobile number or bank account registered in the account holder's own name.
- Deposits from sources registered in a third party's name are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.
- Each method may have specific technical limits set by the mobile banking operator.
4.2 Withdrawal Guidelines
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes, though delays may occur in cases involving KYC verification or additional security checks.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
- Withdrawals from an account with an active bonus wagering requirement may be restricted.
In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, baji solt may request additional verification and temporarily hold the transaction.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
baji solt provides various bonuses and promotional offers, each with specific conditions. All bonus funds must meet wagering or rollover requirements before they can be used.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered 15 times before they can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.
5.2 Other Promotional Offers
- Weekly baji solt Recharge Bonus: 50% bonus on deposit, up to ৳10,000; wagering 18 times the bonus; minimum deposit ৳300. Once per week.
- baji solt Slot Festival Reward: 30% bonus on deposit for slot games, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20 times the bonus; once per day.
- Cricket Season Special Offer: 40% bonus on deposit for cricket or sports, up to ৳8,000; wagering 15 times the bonus; once per week.
- Birthday baji solt Gift: Reward up to ৳2,000; wagering 10 times; once per year.
- Refer a Friend baji solt Win: Reward up to ৳3,000 for referring a new active friend; wagering 12 times.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become eligible for withdrawal after wagering is completed.
- It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
- baji solt reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- If bonus misuse or unusual betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
Betting and Gaming Policy
Sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games on baji solt are operated under specific rules. Each game or betting category may have its own detailed rules, which will be shown in the relevant section.
6.1 Rules for Placing Bets
- A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or cancellation option.
- Bets must be placed before the event starts or within the specified time limit.
- For bets affected by technical errors or connection interruptions, baji solt will make a decision subject to investigation.
6.2 Odds and Payments
Displayed odds are subject to change, and the odds at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final. Betting odds may be shown in decimal, fractional, or American format. Detailed examples related to sports betting and odds can be found in the platform's betting guide section.
6.3 VIP Program
Regularly active members may be enrolled in the VIP program. The VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses. Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback is ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.
- Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback on weekly net losses.
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the member's gaming activity and progresses step by step. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for a given week.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji solt platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and legal action:
- Bonus abuse — attempting to fulfil bonus conditions using multiple accounts or by artificial means.
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
- Use of automated betting software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools.
- Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
- Hacking the platform's systems or introducing viruses or malicious code.
- Collusion — planning with multiple players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Playing on behalf of or using the account of a person under 21 years of age.
Limitation of Liability
baji solt provides its services on an "as is" basis and bears limited liability for any technical disruption, data loss, or damage arising from third-party causes.
8.1 Technical Disruptions
baji solt will not be liable if the service is temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or third-party technical faults. However, if a technical error is clearly identified in relation to a confirmed bet or transaction, corrective action will be taken subject to investigation.
8.2 Game Results
All game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). RTP (Return to Player) is a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee specific wins or losses in any single session. If a technical error is found in a game result, baji solt reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant bet.
8.3 Third-Party Services
The platform uses services from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution) and payment processors. baji solt is not directly liable for issues arising from changes in the operations or policies of these third parties.
Privacy & Data Protection

- User information is not sold to third parties.
- Information is not disclosed except under legal obligation or court order.

Account Closure & Suspension
baji solt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- If registration using false information is proven.
- If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found.
- If bonus abuse is proven.
After account closure, legitimate funds (not subject to wagering conditions) will be returned, however bonus funds may be forfeited. Members may also voluntarily request to close their account. Right to Amend Terms
baji solt reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. Members are advised to visit this page regularly.
11.1 Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Should any dispute arise between the parties, an attempt will be made to resolve it through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through arbitration.
